Lisa Cutaneous was absolutely amazing to work with. Updated - Management requested that I leave the above review during the rental process. - This place totally sucks! They raised the fees twice for a tiny so called climate controlled space. The area was hot and not being cooled. Upon removing my items, I discovered my boxes were infested with roaches. No, there was no food in the boxes. I told the manager. He did and said nothing.

I stopped into Life Storage to inquire about obtaining a unit. I had the pleasure of meeting Lisa and Madison! They welcomed me and were wonderful. They answered all my questions and even took the time to show me different units. They were professional, and really were genuine people. I will be renting from them in a few weeks and although I am not a customer yet. I highly recommend this facility.
