cannot say enough good things about Lizette and the way she took care of me. From the very beginning, she was professional, kind, patient, and genuinely interested in making sure I had what I needed. I originally had a smaller storage unit, but when my needs changed, Lizette made the process of moving into a larger unit incredibly easy. She went above and beyond to help with the transition and even allowed me to use one of their locks at no charge. It may seem like a small gesture, but it showed me that she was focused on helping the customer rather than simply making a transaction. Moving and storing your belongings can already be stressful, and having someone who treats you with respect, explains your options, and looks for ways to make things easier makes a huge difference. Lizette did exactly that. Customer service like this deserves to be recognized. If you are considering storing your belongings here, I highly recommend asking for Lizette.
