From walking through the door in the office, to looking at the units, Dena has gone above and beyond to help make it a wonderful experience. She is so kind and friendly and goes out of her way to make sure everything is running smoothly. Dena is very timely in answering calls and questions. We have two units at Extra Space Storage and really love the cleanliness of the facility, and efficiency of the staff.

Facility is clean, carts are always available. The manager, Deana is super sweet and friendly. Have had a rental unit for over a year now, and no issues. Original rental process was easy and fast.
