I chose Extra Space Storage Because of the unbelievable Storage rate special. There wasn't a comparison amongst any of the storage facilities available. The woman who helped me was pleasant and informative. She was up front in Every aspect of the contact signing pointing out little details to be sure that I understood .what I was signing. So far has been a great experience

I am very satisfied with Extra Space Storage at this time. Darrin has been wonderful in handling the accounts and always helpful with anything that comes our way. DAV has been renting storage from Uncle Bob's then Life Storage for a long time now and started with Bill who was Manager at the time and for years he did a great job in assisting. After Bill left I believe there must have been 5 Managers who did not last long at all because they did not do a good job, some rude as can be. When Darrin Farley came in what a DIFFERENCE HE HAS MADE. Darrin had really a job to do with all the construction that was going on, what a challenge he had and all by himself with no assistance of another employee until much later. The sand was horrible that got into the units and it took time for me to clean up after. Darrin was so helpful and encouraging as I was ready to leave & go elsewhere. DARREN has been a blessing to this storage and I certainly hope that the new owners Extra Space Storage, will take note of what he has had to put up with. It is not any easy task for anyone. A lot of people left due to the mess that was going on. This wasn't Darrin's fault at all as people just didn't want to put up with the construction part at all. Then they had to come in and redo so many things. Through it all Darrin has been an excellent Manager making sure people were taken care of and the encouragement he gives represents he really likes his job and those who rent. My prayer is the company will see one person with so many units to care for cannot do this alone. Help should be given as I notice things going on, no one needs to tell me anything. Thank you for keeping Darrin on because if he leaves I personally will not be a happy person and the company will loose more people for sure. Darrin has a heart of gold for others and the way he manages people is incredible. I cannot say enough about this young man who is so dedicated.
