It was super easy to reserve storage unit online. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by staff person Myra. Myra walked me to my unit and took the time to explain the lock procedure as well as hours of staffed operation, where to find complimentary carts used to haul personal items in and out of facility and how to work the entry keypad. Facility is climate controlled so I am not concerned about humidity and/or moisture. Also it is very clean throughout the public space as well as the unit I rented. I highly recommend this self storage.

You're so fortunate to have Renee. Not only is she superb in Customer Service, she's very kind. My husband recently passed and she, even though being very busy, took the time lto isten and even suggested that I see a Grief Counselor. It has made all the difference.
