The facility is amazing! Only downside is the lack of carts. With only one cart having been available since moving in, it was difficult bringing everything into the facility by hand. Other than that, everything is great so far with accessibility to bathrooms and water fountains on the different floors!

I must say, the facility is really clean! I took note of that as I walked up to the facility! I was greeted by Raul who guided me through the different rates and the sizes that best fit my needs. He was attentive and very helpful. I was in and out in no time! Overall, great place for storage and exceptional customer service! Can’t beat that!

I sold my house in June 2021. I knew that I had to place a lot of my furniture in a storage facility. I searched for the best location and the cleanest and newest facility. Extra Space Storage is clearly the best, head and shoulders above all of its competition. Additionally, they are friendly and flexible. The manager, Raul, treat everybody with respect and kindness. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Coconut Creek, Florida.

Easy/Fast/convenient and prices super if not best deals in the area. Follow up call from the office to ensure everything was as I wanted it. Best service in town.

I was very happy with extra space storage. They were professional, clean, modern, and air-conditioned. I would gladly use their services again. I do wish however that they were willing to buy back the lock they sold me. Again this is a small suggestion but there’s no need for me to hang onto the lock that they sold me and if they give me half the money back they could sell it again to somebody else.
