Christina at the front desk is great! Very knowledgeable and helpful! Purchased my storage unit online with a deal, moved in my items to a clean storage unit with no problem! They have moving carts and the elevator is padded and well maintained. They provide the lock however if you already own one you can return it for a refund. Temperature controlled units as well!
