My review is specifically for the wonderful customer service that I received from Whitney G. at the Stirling Rd/Dania location. I have been a customer at a New York location for years and the excellent customer service that she provided was phenomenal. She was sensitive to my situation and definitely helped resolve my issue while providing thorough and exceptional customer service! When I move my stuff out of NY, it will be going to her location. Not only did she help this company retain my business as their client but she also earned a new client for her location, once I move! She would be a great example to those at the location that I am coming from.
