The service I received over the phone, by text message, by email and in person proves I’ve found the best storage location in Daytona Beach and probably the main company to trust coast to coast!!! The manager, Melissa is super intelligent, strong and a great leader for that location. Additionally, she is friendly and really cares about people. She definitely makes sure that the customer’s needs are met. Angel, an Assistant Manager is an incredible person. He takes the proper amount of time and energy to ensure confidence in the facility and makes sure you are comfortable in keeping your possessions in the rented storage room. An impressive personality and huge heart are the leading characteristics of this individual. Assistant Manager Keira is also a member of the team and she takes the time to explain how their system works and all the related benefits for choosing Extra Space Storage. My most recent experience was fantastic . He helped me get into mu unit , I was having lock issues. He is not only helpful but very professional. My only concern was raising my monthly rent . It happens. Thanks again. UPDATE: Everything is great except raising my rent. I don't understand. It's not air-conditioned, I've not caused any problems...why did my rent go up?? Costs are higher to run ....I don't think so. I hope to sell my house so I can pull my stuff. Need a house ??
