I ordered the unit online and afterwards went on site to locate it. After driving around for a short while I went into the office for some help. Antoinette was friendly, professional, and offered to escort me to the location of my unit. Afterwards I realized that the unit didn’t really meet my needs, so I went back to the office. Antoinette was busy but Gaston stepped right in. He was equally as friendly and professional. He listened to my concerns, offered a solution, and escorted me to an alternative unit. The new unit was exactly what I needed, so we went back to the office. The paperwork to do the switch was quick and he did a good job explaining policy. I have left as a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend. Keep up the great job!

I have had storage units at the 3901 W. Sunrise Blvd. location for many years and the Manager Antoinette has always been very helpful!!! Whatever my issue was... SHE ALWAYS FOUND A WAY TO FIX IT!!! We need more customer service people like her in this world these days!!! THANK YOU ANTOINETTE ??
