Front desk staff was very sociable and inviting. Viewing the unit was very quick and pleasant, the hallways aren?t as hot as other storage facilities. My car was getting ready to break down (alternator problem) and I pulled into Extra Space Storage in Sunrise to wait for a tow truck. I went into the office and asked if it was okay if I waited there. Antoinette was behind the desk and said it would be okay. I had to wait about 45 minutes for tow truck. I just wanted to tell you that I appreciate her kindness and that you have a great employee who is professional and courteous!
