I've been attending storage unit auctions for two years now, so I frequently visit storage facility offices, but today was the first time I met such a patient, professional, kind and sweet employee. Ken greeted us with an exceptional smile from the moment we entered the office.She made us feel welcome & took the time to answer all our questions. Her positive attitude made the experience extremly pleasant. We rent that space for a friend of mine today but however Ken's extraordinary efforts regarding customer satisfaction convinced me to leave my previous company and move my business to this Extra Space Storage location, which is already in a promising and convenient location.
