I've been using this location for a couple of years. It's always tidy a and pretty easy to find a cart. Today I called and spoke to Miche to add a second unit. She was very friendly and helpful.

I was greeted by a lovely lady with blue eyes. (Forgot her name ???????). She was AMAZING. It was my first time buying a storage space. She took the time to explain the different sizes and prices. She took me to my storage area to view it. She is very genuine and you can tell she cares about people’s contents as if they were her own. She took the time to explain the terms / rules. Even gave me first Month free. Never felt rushed. I would choose this place for its cleanliness and her customer service 10/10 times!

Juan was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed a mix-up on a unit that had been reserved 2 days before. He found two units that were adjacent and closer to the elevator for our convenience. He was extremely helpful!
