I have been renting from this location since it opened. I loved the unit I was in, it was big enough for everything I had and a little extra room. It was close to the elevator as well so easy on easy off. Well I got a letter stating an increase in rent for the unit. Usually it isn't bad, this year it doubled. I asked to see what can be done and the owner didn't want to do anything at all. I guess he would rather lose business then keep a customer is the impression I got. I had to downsize because moving to another location was not convenient. I would spend the money in fuel going back and forth. This is a crappy way of doing business.
