Extra Storage was fabulous! We would highly recommend using this location for storage. David was the absolute best. Very friendly and made sure to go above and beyond. Super professional and helpful. Really everyone we came into contact with whether on-site or via phone were very friendly and willing to help. The facilities are very nice and clean. Climate control worked great. Security was also what we were hoping for and wanted. Front gate with access code and there were separate buildings. Video cameras on lots of the hallways. We went a couple times at night and never felt unsafe. Office onsite which came in handy several times. Highly recommend!!! Thanks, David!!

Smooth check in process, friendly service from David. My only complaint is that none of the doors had to be propped open (David did try to make shift with brick) which didn’t stay put so the entire 3 hours of unloading we had to open the doors(2) each trip inside. I also unload half the truck then realized there were 2 easier access entrances closer to my unit. It would’ve helped to know this in the beginning before all the headache of continuing to open doors to get to our unit with our hands full. My only advice, invest in repairing the hinges to hold the doors open & a suggestion of easiest access to your unit would’ve been nice in the beginning. Otherwise, a pleasant experience! Very neatly kept/maintained!

I have been a customer at the Gulf Breeze east facility for over 2 years without incident. Recently, I received notice in the mail with some unfavorable new terms regarding the monthly billing. I contacted David at the office, explained the matter and he promised to look into so as to leave things as they were. Within a few minutes, David responded back saying the matter has been resolved and no changes will be made, what I was hoping for. Excellent job David
