The young lady who works here helping with rentals is truly PHENOMENAL! I have been trying to rent here for awhile now - and the guy that Guy that works here has been giving me an extremely hard time. Being overly extra to not help me rent a unit I had already called and got pricing for. I called back today hoping the young lady would answer and she did - voice absolutely delightful - helpful - quick - professional and she made the process SIMPLE - EASY & QUICK! The Guy had been giving me the run around on the phone for like 2 - 3 days. And if I am really going to be transparent there are a lot of extra storage spaces in the area that gave me a hard time unncessarily. I work as a Operations Coordinator so I understand the flow of business operations, amazing customer service and those who are in the service industry that are GENUINE, AUTHENTIC PEOPLE - This young lady is truly a blessing. She needs a performance bonus, she needs a pay raise and she needs an offer to receive training for a higher position so that she can stay with the company and continue to provide the value I am confident that she is there giving organically. As for the other guy with the accent to be a bit more specific - he needs re training or to simply find another place of employment because he is definitely keeping businesses from renting - preventing the opportunity of having a long term partnership. Young lady, I didn't get your name today - but again Thank you sincerely. I know this was just a simple process of renting a storage for you - but for me this was an experience that included a lot of tribulations just from staff simply not wanting to help me without a valid reason. Thank you so much for helping me make this happen for our Miami Team. Sincerely.
