The process of reserving and renting the unit was very easy and simple. The manager, Rudy, who is very friendly and helpful, assured us this would be a pleasant experience and made us feel welcome. Thank you, Rudy. When it comes to the facility, the place is keep clean and organized however, I suggest you get a unit on the 1st floor, otherwise, you will have to deal with the service lift which, is "SUPER SLOW" and the 2nd floor gate that, needless to say, is a pain in the rear because, whoever made and installed it cut the bottom rail too short allowing the door to swing in and out missing the safety latch and making the process of opening and closing the gate 10 times harder than it should also, you have to use the stairs to get to the 2nd floor because no humans are allow to ride in the lift. Be aware that the ceilings and the door clearance are very low, tedicing the space within the unit and therefore the storage area, also, if you wave tall pieces to store, it will be a challenge to maneuver and get them thru the units' doors.
