Can't say much good about this place other than it is secure. There are rats all over the units and the sheetrock walls are crumbling between the units. On top of that, they jerk your rates up every few months.

Everyone was very nice I never had any problems till July when I found evidence of mice or rats not sure which one just that they made a mess in my unit they chewed up sandals, shoes, papers, not sure what else I went to the office and complained was told they have a company come out and I can put in a insurance claim excuse me I would have never rented if I know my stuff would get eaten and have rodents walk and poop all over my stuff employee was to what ever about my situation nothing like the employee who signed me up he was helpful and polite

This is a great place to store your things. Anytime I went to put something in or take something out the property was clean and well lit. I never felt nervous even in the evening. The gentlemen are so nice and you never feel like you are bothering them. I will definitely store there again if I need to and highly recommend this place.

We were told that the unit had brand new roof and after we were in the storage and two weeks later there were people fixing and nocking on the roof. The floor inside the unit was not clean up before the move in and when we open one of our boxes we founds droppings' from pests

Old management and new management have all been very nice and friendly. All my units I have rented have been clean and we have had no bugs or rodents. The prices are very reasonable. I like how you cannot access past 10pm, makes me feel like my unit is more secure from theft. The camera systems are awesome as well. So good they have caught the person who set fire to 40 unfortunate peoples units. Fortunately mine was safe. In the future if this storage facility fixed the damage and stays open and I need a place to store my stuff I WILL use them again.

I was highly frazzled when I was lucky enough to come across Extra Space Storage in Holiday, Fl. MS. Doreen saw distraught on my face & immediately jumped into action. After just driving down from Lake Erie, everything I owned was about to be destroyed by a down burst. She gave me a place to hold up for the storm & check my needs & her availability. MS. Doreen made filing out from, immediate payment, & future payments a snap with your easy pay program. We were done quickly & so was the storm. The unit was clean AND dry. I did notice all the wonderful cameras. Having a gate & someone on site is major comfort. God bless Doreen & you all for putting her in my path when I thought I was at a breaking point. Now I have been able to look for a new home without worrying flooding, damage, or theft. Thank you!

The moving truck rental company I used recommended Extra Space for my storage needs. I made arrangements with this location as it's the closest location to my new home in New Port Richey, and is easily accessible from US 19. I found Doreen, the onsite manager, to be friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Check-in was a breeze; all documents are stored electronically. The premises are kept clean. My only (minor) inconveniences: 1) There is only one active access gate at the facility. This requires coordination between vehicles entering and exiting. The pedestrian gate is locked outside of business hours, so I had to escort a friend outside the facility via car. 2) The restroom is not available after business hours (located outside the gate). 3) If you are driving a 24' or larger moving truck into the facility, navigating around corners can be a challenge if you are not experienced driving one of those trucks. Even with these minor issues, I would still recommend this facility to a close friend or family member. I would definitely consider this facility first for any future storage needs.

Take US Highway 19 South; pass SR 52; pass SR 54; get in the far left lane; the next light is Moog, after Moog look for the Sun Toyota on your right, you will be making a U-turn at that traffic light which is Gulf Trace and turn right immediately into our driveway. Take I-75 to Exit 275 (SR 56/SR54); follow SR 54 to US Highway 19; turn left onto US Hwy 19; continue for two lights (Sun Toyota on your right and Q Auto on your left) and make U-turn at that 2nd light; turn right immediately into our driveway Take US Hwy 41 or State Hwy 589 (Suncoast Parkway) to SR 54, turn right onto SR 54 and follow to US Hwy 19; turn left onto US Hwy 19; continue for two lights (Sun Toyota on your right and Q Auto on your left) make U-turn at that 2nd light and turn right immediately into our driveway.

Directions from the South:
Take US Hwy 19 north; stay in right lane; after Tarpon Road pass Flora and Darlington; look for Tahitian Village on left; the very next intersection is Gulf Trace; Q Auto on your right and Sun Toyota on your left; turn right after Q Auto into drive way about 20 feet after ExtraSpace Sign. Take either Hwy 589 (Suncoast Parkway) Exit 19 or I-75 Exit 275 or US Hwy 41 to SR54/SR56. Turn left onto SR54/SR56 and stay on road until ends on US Hwy 19. Turn left onto US Hwy 19 for two lights, at that 2nd light (Sun Toyota on your right and Q Auto on your left make U-turn and turn right immediately into our driveway.

Directions from the East:
Take SR 50 or SR 52 or SR 54/SR 56 to US Hwy 19; turn left onto US Hwy 19; continue for two lights; make U-turn at that 2nd light (Sun Toyota on your right and Q Auto on your left) and turn right immediately into our parking lot.

Directions from the West:
From West: site is on US Hwy 19 just 1/2 mile from the water, there are no roads leading from the west, just take US Hwy 19 either north or south as needed
