Update: We've rented spaces on and off (mostly on) during the last 9 or 10 years at this place. The staff here has always been helpful and pleasant. No complaints at all.

We have had our belongings stored at this location for just over 2 years, and during that time, we have experienced 3 rate increases. Beyond frustrated, I decided to bring my rate increase postcard into the location office, and Laurie assisted me in lowering my monthly rate. Laurie was very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Another rate increase will inevitably happen, but I know what to do in the future. Laurie made me feel like they wanted my business.
