I originally posted “Easy process, fair pricing and Lori has been very pleasant and helpful when I was trying to figure out what the/size unit I needed.” I am now reducing this to a 1 star review after being sent a notification that my unit was increasing in price from $75/month to $130/month the next month. That is almost double!! Of course I was offered a negotiated price of $110/month which is just hoopla that I don’t like. I’m not trying to bargain a price every few months. So I DO recommend you go to Extra Space Storage on Tomahawk, BUT WHEN YOU GET THERE GO TO THE END OF THE STREET TO THE PRIVATELY OWNED STORAGE FACILITY AND RENT FROM THEM INSTEAD OF THIS PLACE.

I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage and I highly recommend them for your storage needs. Laurie the store manager and new employee from Boston were very courteous, informative and efficient. After viewing my rental unit and completing my rental agreement, I was in and out within 30 minutes or less. Location is Satellite Beach, FL. Very clean facility. I give it 5 stars ??????????

Clean, well designed and maintained, ... and cool! Unexpectedly pleasant experience. If you need extra space (most everyone does), you will be lucky to find a place managed as professionally as this facility. Best extra space experience available in this area.
