Great place to rent storage. Well informed friendly staff that explained everything to me in terms I can understand. Exceptionally clean units at good prices. Joe DiTomasso extremely helpful and patiently walked us through a rental. Sara in the office very friendly too.

to whom it may concern-just to give you a little background -i have several storage units at different locations throughout Jacksonville and have had for years -and i interact with the storage unit employees at those different locations-i want to say when i arrived at this facility i was greeted by a very nice professional young lady who absolutely went out of her way to accommodate me -i was blown away with not only professionalism but her sincere attitude to make my visit enjoyable -i have never been treated like this is all the years i have rented units -and the facility was impeccably clean and well organized -and to make matters even more gratifying i went back the next day and was greeted by a very nice young man named joe and i did not get his name and he was equally accommodating -and very professional -my experience with this facility and its employees was so gratifying i am going to move some of my other rental units to this facility -and i never thought i would do that -i can not recommend this facility strong enough -mike whalen
