I had such a great experience at Extra Space Storage, and I have to give a special shoutout to Tiffany for going above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, Tiffany made everything smooth, easy, and stress-free. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to explain all my options and making sure I understood everything clearly. What really stood out was her attitude—she genuinely cares about helping people, and you can tell she takes pride in what she does. Moving and storage situations can be stressful, especially when you’re dealing with a lot at once, but Tiffany made the whole process feel simple and under control. She was friendly, respectful, and very attentive to my needs. Anytime I had a question, she was right there with a clear and helpful answer. The facility itself was clean, organized, and well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings are in a safe place. But honestly, it was Tiffany’s customer service that made the biggest difference. Great place I Vouch for this place, it was clean, easy to get a unit & Affordable. Really was everything I was looking for, Tiffany Tolbert was very Nice had Great energy & hospitality. Showed me how to get to my unit and made sure I was able to access my unit and had access to the building. I really appreciate the great experience & would recommend to anyone. They really were a Blessing!
