Everyone everyone I literally mean everyone be aware do not go to the storage unit first they will tell you you’re gonna get a free first month and tell you your storage unit is about half the normal price and once you agree and sign the contract after that first month they charge you the regular price when they gave you a deal to sign up now and you get the half price and after you do that, they double the price knowing that some people do not have that money to pay every month for the unit that’s why they got the size that they got at the price they got thinking some people are illiterate. I have a master degree in business and I read the agreement fine print top to bottom and I am going to sue them. I contacted this unit multiple times regarding cleaning out my unit anytime I spoke to somebody other than Jaylen, they always agreed to let me clear out my units in exchange for a one time payment Jalen is the one in charge of the unit and has gone to the unit and noticed I have valuable items in there and refused to collect a one time payment and has been hiding plane, cat, and mouse with letting me get my items out of there and in system on selling it at the auction and when I informed him that all I will do is go on the auction and he informed me now he doesn’t care if he doesn’t want that auction to sell it won’t sell and I sent an email out multiple times to both him and the management trying to resolve this so I can either get my stuff out I’ll pay for the units. Nobody has gotten back to me and he has gone ahead and removed my access from the units and placed it on auction and I have informed him that I have my identification and money in that unit that I could use to pay for the unit, but he refused to let me in which is OK because I understand and I have been trying to settle this. I spoke to a female and spoke to other people. They agreed to let me pay $500 to get my stuff out, but Jaylen refused because he believes he can get more from my unit in the auction and this is what they do, they lie on the agreement and the contract that you signed and expect you to not notice the worst part of all when they see you have valuables in your unit they do not settle for less or let you come get your stuff because they believe they can make money at the auction and now I’m going to be filing a lawsuit against ExtraSpace storage because I have tried for weeks to get in contact with management other than Jaylen but he has let me know that he is the highest management that will do anything about it and he is not so since he’s responding in such a rude unprofessional manner, I will respond in a legal man and I am going to give a review every morning with a new email address until the right thing is done and he’s investigated. Something is done about this and I will attach proof to show and I also have recordings of every conversation I had with
