Clean & safe storage, with a very helpful and professional front office staff who personalized my experience by finding 2 large units close together to make things easier for me, and helped me compare prices and unit sizes to find the most economical option. (Thank you, Arnold.) The facility is excellent. You need a code to enter the gate and to exit, which can be a pain, but adds to the safety. This facility has driveways which can accommodate a moving van -- important to me! However, they do not have carts or dollies available for customer use, so bring your own. My only grudge is they raise the price after 4 months, and then again after 1 year, so the price you sign up for will change, soon. I think other self storage places are doing this now, too, which is disappointing. When searching for self storage, it's worth asking if the prices are guaranteed, and for how long. IMO self storage places should give you at least a year before raising their rates. That said, this is all around the best place I found -- and I did my research-- and the location is very convenient.

ESS is a very clean property and the staff is great at answering your questions. They'll send you multiple text to get a review. Even 2 within 24 hours, but texts aren't the end of the world lol Jason came off as extremely honest and transparent. I really felt like he treated me like he would have wanted to be treated. He made the pricing and the service very clear.

I liked that the units had lights, and that I wouldn't be locked in by closing time. I could get out whenever. I got out way past access time. And when I left my unit unlocked they called me.
