I would rate higher but I have an email from extra space stating they reserved a unit for me but when I showed up the next day, there was no reservation and the price went up. I didn’t appreciate that. Otherwise, a descent experience.

This property is really nice. However our unit doubled in price which is wrong to do to renters!! We were informed a couple of weeks before our rent was due. This now makes our 3rd bad experience using Extra Space Storage units!!!

Great online experience. Everything was waiting for me when I got there. The only thing I would recommend is you also provide the door combination to get into the climate control units. It was not provided in my paperwork but fortunately another customer happened to be unloading items wgen i arrived and I was able to ask them. I would not have been able to get in otherwise and needed to store my items that day.
