I had an excellent experience getting extra storage here. The process was quick, organized, and completely stress-free. The facility is clean, secure, and very well maintained. A special shoutout to Carlos Ortiz, the store manager, who went above and beyond to help me. He was patient, professional, and made sure I understood every detail. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to customer service.

I paid for the storage online and it was so easy, 1 or 2 minutes. Went to the storage, lock and key inside unit to have and use. No office visit. Called to Move out (months later) was super easy too, Thanks to You Carlos!!! The storage facility is a very safe and secure place. And as always, with extra space storage, I never have any issues. And whenever I have any questions they are pleasantly helpful!

Well one thing is for certain, I can appreciate why Carlos is well spoken about . I only had a few minutes on the phone and in person, but he is such a kind hearted person and very pleasant to deal with . He made sure everything was good and, granted it is just a storage unit facility and it's pretty straightforward, but customer service is a big plus and Carlos has all that and them some . I moved my car closer to the airport from the public storage in Orlando , for 20 extra dollars more my car is inside out of the sun and the peace of mind that came with this whole transaction just made it feel like I hit the jackpot . Thanks Carlos .
