Very nice facility that met all my needs. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is due to the frequency of rate increases. I had my trailer storage spot for less than 2 years and I went through 4 rates hikes and was notified it was going to go up again which would have been the 5th time in 21 months. From where my monthly fee started to where it ended it had more than doubled.

This Extra Space Storage location at Waring Rd and Drainfield Rd is managed by THE ABSOLUTE BEST women!!! Leah & Tracy always help and do whatever they can. A sparkling clean storage place that actually smells good!!! The elevator works every time, plenty of good working carts and the keypads are maintained well too. Never saw any bugs, no leaks and the a/c was at a reasonable 76 most days I checked. Occasionally it would creep up to 78 on mega hot days. I had a single medium size for a year with zero problems. Later I needed to upgrade to two side by side mediums for another year. As soon as the side by side units opened, Leah called me to let me know and she did the switch over for me right then. Both new units were clean as well! My previous storage places were no where near clean nor bug free and most kept the a/c above 85 which is NOT acceptable for paintings on canvas or much of anything TBH. Just an overall excellent storage experience and I will be using this particular location again soon.

Great customer service, always answered the phone or called me within a hour of calling. Very fair pricing. Moved out a day before my monthly payment was due, called them and followed their instructions for the door, lock etc, and there were no issues or extra billing. Will be using again if I have the need for storage.
