I chose Extra Space storage because of the positive reviews. Then I spoke to Cindy in the call center and it felt like I was talking to family. She was so kind and gave me all the information I needed. They also had a better price than another place that had good reviews. Then my husband and I went in and met Jared and he also was just so friendly and got everything done quickly. I will re-review once I have been there awhile however I don’t expect anything to change. Oh and the property is extremely clean.
