The other day my wife and I ventured out to look at storage rooms. We will be putting our house on the market soon and we'll be in need of some storage We toured quite a few facilities throughout the day one of our last stops was your location On ulmerton road from the moment we walked through the door and got greeted by Brian and Jared we were very impressed with not only the customer service that we received but the cleanliness and the overall presentation of this facility(spotless and no odors) 1 thing's for certain, We have found our location when the time is right.

Extra Space Storage was truly a great place for us to store our household belongings during the 12 months of construction on our home. The facility was always spotless and everything was in perfect working order

Went to check out how big the unit I reserved online and Kim was able to assist with me with the reservation and had me signed the lease the same day. Questions were all answered and I’m very pleased with the entire process.

To all who is looking to rent a storage space. I recently moved to Florida and needed to store my household belongings. After looking at several storage facilities I choose Extra Storage Space. I found this facility to be the most cleanest and well maintained of all that I looked at. The staff went out of their way to help me secure the correct size storage bin. The staff is courteous and concerned about your needs. I returned the following day and found the manager vacuuming out a storage bin that had been empty. They are very concerned about the cleanliness of the facility. If looking for a short or long term storage facility I highly recommend using Extra storage Space. the facility I used was located on Ulmerton Rd. AS A SIDE NOTE PLEASE READ THIS BELOW ABOUT THE MOVING COMPANY I USED WHICH WAS A HORRIBLE MISTAKE. . I used Northern Elite Van Lines out of New Jersey (DBA as Wrap and Tag) and they over charged me in the cubic foot of household belongings they moved by $2800.00. They also lost or took 9 of my plastic bins with my most valuable items. They refuse to take my calls or to make any effort to resolve the issues. This is after the driver sent pictures to the company to prove I was over charged for my belongings that were shipped. He took pictures of the storage bin after the household belongings we placed in the storage bin. The storage bin was a 10'-0" X 15'-0" X 8'-0" which is only 1200 cubic foot and was barely half full. the company charged me for shipping 1300 cubic feet of household goods. The salesman Chris is nothing but a lair and will tell you whatever it takes to get you to use the company. He sends you to DOT website which is just a ploy to win your confidence. He claims they use company employees to move your belongings but again this is a lie as the people who handle my belongings were subcontractors. BE AWARE Please pass this onto anyone you may know who is thinking about moving. Please post this on any social media site you use so we can either get them NORTHER ELITE VAN LINES to change the way they operate or put them out of business. This is a horrible company and they will take full advantage of you. They make you pay cash or a mail money order at the end prior to unloading your belongings so you have no way to recoup any money from them.

Customer service personal was very polite and helpful with providing information on reserving storage unit. Smooth transition from renting unit through move out day. Storage unit was clean. Would definitely come back to Extra space if I have future storage needs.

Very clean, very safe, air conditioned storage facility with a friendly staff. If you have a large amount of goods to store, and you don't need a climate controlled unit, you may want to consider renting a unit that doesn't require use of their elevator and metal carts to move your goods. Waiting for these items can take awhile during peak business hours.
