This is my second time renting a storage unit at this location, and once again, I couldn’t be happier with the experience. A special thank you to Jared, the manager, who went above and beyond to help me. I am currently traveling overseas and was unable to be there when my belongings were delivered. Jared was incredibly accommodating and made the entire process easy by coordinating with the movers, giving them access to my unit, and making sure everything went smoothly in my absence. The entire team is professional, competent, friendly, and genuinely attentive to their customers. They are always willing to help and do everything they can to make things as easy and stress-free as possible. It is rare to find this level of customer service, and it is exactly why I chose Extra Space Storage again. I have had two excellent experiences with this location and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you again to Jared and the entire team. I very highly recommend this location!
