Extra Space Storage at 404 Seminole Blvd

Were still probably switching) Got gaslit by the security guard, I tried to take a 5 min break, rest my legs cuz i walk there. I wasnt there for more then 30 min maybe. I had to grab some stuff, wait for my girl (im the only one with the key). Was waiting for them to drop off laundry and resting my legs, for like 10 min tops. Put some stuff in my bag, and took a break before fixing the mess I made in the unit. Before I can even get up starts hounding me I cant use it like a hangout. I try to explain the situation, he talks over me to tell me how it is. I get it ? Alot of people try to use it as amake shift home. I had a beach chair, power bank, etc in the unit. Why not use it? I was sitting on the ground, resting my legs. If I wanted to post up? I could of pulled out a chair, cracked an ice cold drink, and enjoyed my day or something. I took a quick breather and scrolled on my phone. Comes over and gas lights me like im chilling for the whole day, then when I call to leave a complaint for his supervisor or whatever? He then talks over me during the call to tell me it was him, says im talking over him when he didnt let me finish speaking, then tells me im talking over him, to then repeat the word "finish" like 10 times while im trying to speak. He's a child. After the fact my lady showed up 10-20 min later (the person I was waiting on). She got a call as we were leaving (they pulled up in her families call after he hurassed me enough to leave while I was waiting they were around the corner almost there. So he calls her saying he'll wright a review and or trespassing me for wrighting a bad review. Because then she showed him photos of the laundry and the fact im the only one withthe key, and its her name on the lease. To tbh? I dont know of these "rules" hes just assuming I already do. The fact that he chilled out after she explained it and showed him? Proves that he didnt give me the chance to explain myself. Because its exactly what I tried to explain to him but he refused to stop arguing with me. I called to make a complaint, and he wouldnt stop talking over me. And then If I make a review cuz directly speaking to him didnt work, calling them didnt work, and if I make a review you threaten me with a review aswell and or trespassing. (From what my lady is saying to me) saying im "lying". I tired to talk to you, you werent having it, I complied got up and left, I called to inform a supervisor and he answered to argue more, so my last resort is a review and calling them to talk to you because your obviously sexist. If its a man? You gaslight them till they leave, if its a woman? Fully listen to what she says and give her a chance to explain. We're probably not renewing or lease and moving to a unit. This was NOT Justin, I know Justin personally, super cool dude. He already knows our situation given we have one key and one name on the lease .never had a problem. They are obstructing a whole section of the street today with shipping containers and trucks, leaving no space, and im the problem you find today? The guy waiting on his cloths to organize the unit. He passed by apparently twice and assumed im just hanging out, not waiting for them cuz im the only one who could open the door. There is also no ac, so yes was I partially in the unit, sitting on the floor waiting? Yes. I was not napping, or eating, and even playing video games. I was patiently waiting for the lease holder to show up with my belongings. He would of know that of he let me speak, so the issue and the review was completely avoidable if you had listened to me. So now you can have this review stain your record as being inconsiderate and quite frankly rude to a point tenants are considering finding a new location, witch might I add? Are multiple other options in less then a mile of you. You dont want our money? Thats fine, we'll spend it somewhere else.

I reached out to the Largo location and spoke with Justin regarding my unit and available options. He was incredibly helpful and didn't hesitate to address my concerns. Thanks to his attentiveness and excellent service, I’ve decided to remain a loyal customer. I truly appreciate his assistance.

Good clean storage unit. Climate control was very helpful for my belongings. Kept our electronics in good condition. Justin is the manager there. Very helpful and informative and nice!

Great location, very well maintained; plenty storage room choices available. Great customer service; at the Largo location the Manager Justin is very friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful person.

Extra Space is a great storage unit on a budget. They keep things tidy and formal. Justin, the manager, is a real one.
