We needed to move everything out of our house for renovations due to Hurricane Milton. We started moving things into a storage place and quickly realized how sketchy the place was. It was not a place I would have gone to without my husband with me. Since so many people were having to do the same thing because of hurricane damage this was the best place we could find. I decided to check around again and we found Extra Space on Belcher. They had a large drive-up, climate controlled unit and so we snatched it. This new place was night and day from what we had. It is clean, easy to get to and the staff is super nice. I felt so relieved after finding them and knew that all of our belongings would be okay. They made an already stressful time a little less stressful. We ended up renting a second unit and it happened to be just four units over. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I reserved a storage unit on line and had not received a call back. Went to the storage unit property and was informed that the reservation was not in the system. Brooke was there and made sure everything was taken care of. Brooke was friendly and professional about the whole situation. By the time I left the property, Brooke made sure I had a unit that I was satisfied with. Very appreciative of Brooke for everything.
