Brooke has been incredibly helpful in assisting us with our long term storage needs. As our space requirements have changed, she has helped us navigate through the best options for us. We are now moving into our third unit at this facility and could not be happier. The facility is spotlessly clean, we know our possessions are safe, amd the customer device we get from Brooke and her associates is second to none.

I went to get my trailer and the gate would not operate sat there for an hour before someone would come down to do it in the apartments right above terrible customer service not to mention where I parked my trailer. They put another trailer up against it. it’s very crappy access and now I’ve always got prorated for when I move out and now she’s telling me she can’t prorate me. That’s not how this facility works. They’ve always prorated my storage when I move out. That’s just terrible customer service and no one bothered to call me when I couldn’t get in and check with me after the fact after they know, they talk to me on the phone and how upset I was along with four other people.
