** Warning! **** Just rented a unit tonight at the Margate location on 750 state rd 7. I go to the unit on the 4th floor to get my lock and key to get started moving in and I opened up my unit to find a homeless man sleeping inside my unit. Keep in mind this storage facility is indoors and supposedly has locked door and a code to get in. Well I guess they have a code to get in. I can only imagine if my wife would've been there by herself at night (they close at 10pm) and something bad would happen. God forbid. I called the police to have him removed. So keep this in mind when renting here. There's people sleeping inside the units that are unlocked. And management doesn't even know. Beware!,
