I strongly do not recommend this business to anyone. Based on my experience, I do not feel that this company protects its customers’ belongings. I was a customer for about two years, and before my unit was auctioned, I communicated with management and explained that I was trying to come up with the money to pay my balance. I asked for more time and believed my efforts to communicate would matter. Instead, my unit was auctioned and emptied, and I lost belongings that represented 13 years of my life, including family photos, personal memories, important documents, and irreplaceable items. My experience left me feeling that the company’s priority was collecting money and selling the contents of my unit rather than working with a customer who was actively trying to resolve the situation. I feel completely devastated by the loss of my belongings. Because of what happened to me, I strongly do not recommend this business to anyone. Please make sure you fully understand the auction process and the risks before storing your personal belongings here.
