This is my first time using Extra Space and I will tell you it was as easy as blinking your eyes. I booked it online, went over to the facility on a Sunday. Walked in, loaded my stuff into the rented space, locked it with the new lock waiting for me and that was it. They are currently under construction, building a bigger space. But that does not affect it in any way. The next day, i received a courtesy call directly from Carolina, the location manager. very nice lady, welcoming me to Extra Space, answered any questions I had. These are the places that deserve your business. Attention, courtesy and fast. No hazzels, no fuzz, no ifs or butts. Simple and easy.
