My first time renting a storage unit, and I came by after work to check the place out and talk to the person in the office. The office had closed about 30mins prior (obviously I didnt look at the office hours ?????), but the manager Shane was still on site. He stopped his car, unlocked the office, answered all my questions, and personally walked me to my unit to show me where it was! Top notch customer service! Thanks Shane. You didnt have to do any of that, but you're greatly appreciated!
