The whole experience has been horrible because of the Microsoft outage affecting the systems and purchased a storage but can access the facility because of the software down. Thank god for this saving Angel who is working there. Not sure her name but she went over and beyond just to try and let me get my stuff into storage before she left since my code does not work and even stayed later because I was not done and had movers by the hour. She literally made my tears to smiles. She deserves a raise!

Amazing experience! Even when I had a problem when I arrived to my unit first time ( first time renting a storage + 4 of July you can imagine lol), customer service line was amazing, they helped me out and where super kind and then the Manager Elly was amazing super kind and friendly, something that is hardly to find in customer service nowadays! Thank you girls to make my experience 10/10

Ely Marquez was welcoming and detailed and quick in such a stressful move She also helped me with the truck rental which was also sooooo stressful in such a short time due to my high rise scheduled elevator building time slot rules. I’m soooo grateful to her ??????
