Rent was increased by $90, and they claim they notified me by mail, but I never received anything. When I called, the store manager was completely dismissive. She offered no explanation, no alternatives, and no effort to keep a customer. When I told her I was canceling because of the increase and lack of communication, her response was simply, “OK.” Terrible customer service and a disappointing way to treat customers. I would not recommend this facility.
