You wouldn't think a storage facility could make you feel fantastic, but this place manages to do it. It's clean, the pricing is competitive, and Mercedes is absolutely fantastic—beyond helpful and pleasant. I also love managing my account and accessing the facility through the mobile app.

Storage unit should be easy. But it usually is not until I came to extra space storage on NW. 36th St. And Liena was so helpful and explained everything and spent her time making sure I am set up with the best options. I would definitely recommend her and this location.. and Mercedes was amazing she helped and went above and beyond
