Brandon and Joe were very professional and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and got us started with the app which made the whole process very easy. They also took their time and gave us the unit appropriate for our needs. I facility is very clean and easily accessible. I highly recommend this place if you have any storage needs. I want to talk about Brandon, my brother is in the hospital fighting for his life and I’m report his rent and storage, it was overdue and I didn’t know what I was going to do cause I didn’t want to let my brother down, Brandon said so many kind words and was very encouraging like he was part of my family and made me feel as ease, we got to straighten up my brother’s account and now that’s something we don’t have to worry about so cuddos to Brandon and Manager Joe for helping my family in a difficult situation
