DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS HERE. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this storage facility since I moved in. The air conditioning was broken for approximately three months or more, making it nearly impossible to spend any amount of time inside the building due to the excessive heat. The conditions were unbearable and as a result, many of my belongings became stuck together and were negatively affected by the prolonged exposure to high temperatures. My storage unit was later impacted by an oil spill from my neighbors unit that contaminated my belongings. The substance was old gasoline oil, which not only damaged my property beyond repair but also raised serious safety concerns due to its flammable nature. The damage was so severe that I was forced to throw away a large portion of my belongings. When I was notified about the damage, the facility provided me with only three garbage bags and informed me that I was responsible for cleaning out the contaminated unit, moving everything into another unit, and disposing of the damaged items myself. I received no meaningful assistance despite the circumstances. To make matters worse, my insurance claim was denied because the policy did not cover oil-related damage. I was left with significant losses and no compensation for the damage caused to my property. After paying for storage and expecting my belongings to be kept in a safe, climate-controlled environment, I was ultimately left to deal with the consequences on my own. Overall, this experience has been incredibly frustrating and extremely costly. Between the months-long air conditioning failure, the oil contamination, the loss of my belongings, and the lack of support provided during the cleanup process, I cannot recommend this facility. Customers deserve better maintenance, better safety standards, and better support when issues arise.
