The rolling stairs have a narrow top opening making it difficult to place large items in storage units that are not on ground access. So even if item fit inside the unit, they do not fit on the rail gate at top of the stairs. They will also not tell you when promotional rates expire, making it a mystery price scam. if you sign for 6 months storage, they say they might raise the price in the middle of the period. If you go on deployment or out of town you are stuck with them changing the price and you cannot move out. Most of the storage places are scummy like that though, just want to get you signed up.
