I could give ZERO stars, I would. I would rather sleep under a bridge than rent from this place again or recommend it to anyone. Yesterday, I rented a 5x10 storage unit online advertised at $78 per month. I was told that I also had to pay approximately $16 for mandatory insurance. However, I ended up seeing a charge of approximately $118, which was much higher than what I understood I would be paying. Today, I went to the storage facility for the first time to move in my belongings, and the unit that had been assigned to me was locked with a padlock and was not available for me to use. After dealing with that inconvenience, they had to move me to another unit on a different floor, forcing me to move my belongings again. Then came another surprise. After putting my belongings into the new unit, I discovered another $29 charge, which I was told was a fee related to the paperwork/rental process. At no point during my online rental process did I understand that I would be charged this additional $29 fee. My experience was terrible: charges that were not clear to me when I rented, an assigned unit that I could not even access . Absolutely terrible experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would rather sleep under a bridge than rent here again.
