This is my second time renting a storage unit at The Hammocks location. It is very well kept and clean. It was very easy to rent the unit I needed on line. The whole process didn’t take more than 5 minutes. I feel my belongings are safe and secure here. Moreover, the staff members are very friendly. I was assisted by Margie, who was knowledgeable, nice, and very helpful.

The facility is very clean and has very large parking spots for a moving truck right outside the elevators. The staff is very helpful and whenever I have a question I would come in (my preference) and was always given a clear answer. And even if I kept asking follow up questions at no point was there any signs of annoyance from the staff. I would highly recommend a unit here.
