Great customer service here. Not long after I started renting here I forgot to put my lock back on after visiting my unit to organize things and I got a call that same day to let me know my unit was not secure. Thank you so much! These guys really stay on top of things.

I just moved to Naples And brought way to much with me. I called extra space storage and talked to Melissa she was great!! Then I realized I needed more storage so then I met with Eric he was so nice and quick with my upgrade. I cant believe how clean and and new everything looked . I will recommend them to everyone. My neighbor is actually going to be using them. Thank you Melissa Nd Eric for making this such a easy transition.
