Not my first storage unit however I’d say it initially was the normal deal. However, I recently spoke to Samara there and she rocks. She went over and beyond to assist me in areas that I wasn’t even inquiring about. Please, owner of this facility, you need to understand that Samara is the best employee I’ve had interaction with there. Honestly I have found other options and I had been considering moving out due to the price hikes. If it wasn’t for her I would be seeking said other options. Thank you so much
