Stopped by Extra Space Storage and Joe helped me out. He really knew his stuff and walked me through the different unit options. Communication was easy, no pressure, just straightforward answers to my questions. He took the time to figure out what I actually needed instead of upselling me like the other place I went to. Made the whole process pretty painless. If you end up there, ask to work with Joe.
