This storage facility saved us! The day after Hurricane Helene, after we lost everything, this place and their team came through for us. We have stayed with this company ever since. New building, with security, clean and safe. I would say this is the nicest storage facility and with temperature control, elevators and small dollies for transporting your things from your car to your unit. However, it's the team that works here makes all the difference. They have worked with us over the last year and a half and have taken such good care of us. Thank you to Becky and her team. We will always use Extra Space. This company LISTENS to their customers' needs and works with them. If you ever have any issues, pick up the phone, call them and they WILL help you.
