Easy to sign up and rent online. Showed up at property about 20 min after rental agreement signed. Beautiful facility, clean and well kept. Manager was super nice and walked me around and showed me my unit. If only all things were this easy ??

I have had great experiences with this facility. There has never been a time that the person I talked to (and there have been a few) did not resolve an issue I've had, make a fee adjustment or simply move my unit because I needed it. ES gives the customer service employees the ability and authority to actually give great customer service (something that is lacking in many other businesses). I appreciate more than can be expressed!!
