I rarely write reviews, but my overall experience in dealing with Extra Space Storage, from just info gathering to actually deciding to rent a unit, was more than pleasant. Pricing, a huge factor, was very reasonable. Access, security, cleanliness, and bright lightening was on point and made a big difference too. But Liz, especially, at the location on Easy Street in Ocala, provided excellent customer service and was a pleasure to work with. Not only was she extremely helpful, knowledgeable, transparent, and upfront in answering all my many questions, but her bright personality and great attitude also made the choice an easy one. I am glad I chose to rent a unit from Extra Space Storage.
