I have been running a business from this storage facility for about a month now. I love the location. It is very central to many areas of Orlando. The units are large and rates are very reasonable.

I'm only giving 3 stars because Marva is awesome. Good location with great potential. They need to clean that place up. Many of our items were ruined.

I just got off the phone with Mark and all expectations were definitely met during this phone call. He made sure everything he said was understood and even stayed after office hours to make sure we get our storage space. The customer service here is 10/10

My experience with Extra Space Storage was excellent. Marva Burroughs was attentive to the needs I presented & demonstrated a superb grasp of the inventory. She was patient in her approach & extremely cordial in communication. Even more the pricing was perfect for what I needed. I would recommend anyone seeking to utilize temporary or long term storage to utilize Extra Space Storage & don't forget to ask for Marva.

Directions from the North:
Heading North on the turnpike towardsOcoee- Take the Ocoee/SR 50 exit. Property is on the left

Directions from the South:
Heading South on the turnpike towards Ocoee- Take the Ocoee/SR 50 exit. The property is on the left as you exit.

Directions from the East:
Heading west on SR 50/West Colonial Dr. We are 2.9 miles west of the Health Central Hospital on the right just before the turnpike. Entrance is on Marshall Farms Rd. If you've passed the Turnpike, you went too far.

Directions from the West:
