Showed up on Sunday with movers and all my belongings only to be locked out of building/unit. When attempted to call-all numbers routed to voice mail, as system recongized my phone number. Movers had to call as new customer to get someone to give 2 temp codes where only 1 worked. Basically I would have been completely stuck. office next day notified and no explanation why code worked on gate but not building code...given a new number but not sure if really works.
