We loovve Cynthia! We’re looking for a place to store furniture while we move, and planned on coming in to lay eyes on one of the units we were planning on renting. Cynthia was super funny, so informative and extremely kind even though we arrived about 15 minutes prior to closing time. She absolutely went the extra mile and allowed us to ask all of the questions we needed. She was very knowledgeable on a store that we discovered was not even her primary location! Thank you Cynthia!

Great experience with this facility. Renting a unit was quick and easy. Juan was super friendly, welcoming and helpful. All calls and emails are always answered in a timely manner. Recently I had a concern with my unit and Juan was very receptive to my needs and took care of my concern same day with no hesitation. It's obvious he values his customers. I had shopped around before deciding to go with this facility and I'm so glad I did. 5 stars all around. Thank you Juan for all you do!

It was organized the transfer of units which I had to do within the building the locks were in place when I arrived it was just a tedious walking back and forth between the units which were quite apart but that's not your fault! Other than that the one thing that was annoying I needed to use the washroom and the one in the office was out of order as it said also the white painted doors were soiled with black traces from hands which only takes a little bit of effort to get clean and not to look like unsightly what you don't really want to touch the door! It shows the staff how oriented there towards details and hygiene not very good! More diligence in cleaning of the public areas are needed in this unit building elevator doors keypad also to be regularly cleaned and especially in the office! The office is your calling card.

Best storage experience ever!Units are immaculate. I've had more than one. The manager Juan fits you into a unit depending on your needs inside/outside and size. I feel very secure accessing during off hours.
