Awesome staff clean units easy and efficient service

I was moving and wanted to put some things in storage so I rented a storage unit to store my things on Thanksgiving Nov. 28th being that I had to move out by Nov. 30th. I stopped by the unit, had my entry code but it was restricted since I rented the storage unit online I had to stop by the office the next day to show proof of identity. As I was trying the code, it was restricted and had no access. I realized there was someone behind me who asked me if I had a problem getting in. I said yes and asked the person if she was the manager and it was the store manager Ashley. She was on her way out, and offered to help me even though it was a holiday, it was her day off and the storage facility office was closed Ashley did what she had no obligation to do, and I would have understood it was a holiday and she was off. She opened the office signed in to the computer, I showed her my ID and she granted me access. She is the most kindest person you could ever meet. Ashley did not have to go out of her way to help me but she did. She went above and beyond to help me. I am so grateful she was able to help me, even though she had no obligation to do so. Thank you so much Ashley, you are truly the best, you are a huge asset to your company, I hope they realize your value as an employee with Extra space storage. This was my first time needing to utilize a storage facility. The staff at the Powers Dr location were amazing! They were very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend anyone to use this facility.

Recently I had to move from one untit to another due to unforseen events. While in the process of moving I realized that a rodent managed to sneak into my unit. I quickly contacted the storage representative on site. I must say this that the term above and beyond falls short. The representative Ms. ASHLEY not only came rushing to my aid she disposed of the rodent and cleaned up the mess the rodent made. Extra Space is lucky to have Ms. ASHLEY and could use more employees like her. Thank you again Ms. ASHLEY for being so helpful and attentive.

The 1st thing that I noticed when going to make my payment, was the new face lift on the establishment. Great job ??. When I went into the office, I was greeted at the same time by Kira and Ashley. They both were very polite and considered. I felt good to be part of the Extra Space Storage Family. With employees like Kira and Ashley I would highly recommend anyone who needs a storage location to Extra Space Storage. I do thank you for your services.

The facility is clean and well maintained and everyone I've talked to or dealt with has been really kind and helpful. It's also the cheapest place in the area, so that's a plus!
