Stay away…. It is in a sketchy neighborhood and after 4 months they almost doubled our unit rental…. We paid originally $175.50 for a large unit, now it went to $328.73. Total bait and switch rip off Update: The place is much worse than I thought. I had my stuff there for 8 months. They kept raising the price every month. I would call, complain, then they would reduce the increase but it was a total rip off. The so cold “managers” told me that if I do not like jerking me around I could get lost. Then I would get an e-mail telling me to get me $50 if I refer any new customers…. Mind it, I paid for the mot expensive unit in the building. The place is a mess, full of cockroaches.Some people seem to live in those units, families come there and sit around eating, kids running around, which is a lot of fun when you are carrying a glass table top and kids come around the corner pushing a cart at full speed… Total zoo… So I got fed up, cleared everything out from the unit. I called, told them I am out. They insisted I show up to cancel. I did. The ”manager” was too lazy to lift his but out of the chair, said it is all good. I went to remove the lock from the unit. Turns out, they already changed the lock when I called. So the locks they make you buy and use, are completely useless, They have access to them, they can open them any time. So if some of your stuff gets stolen, it would not be a surprise. I went back to the office the “manager” told me we are all set. A few weeks later I got a letter that they turned me in for collection for unpaid bills they never sent me.. So save yourself a trouble, go anywhere else. This pace is a rip off and a scam.
