I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. The biggest issue with this facility is the constant lack of maintenance. There always seems to be something broken: the entrance gate, the exit gate, the automatic doors, or the elevators. It’s not an occasional inconvenience. It has become a recurring problem, and repairs often take weeks to be completed. The whole reason people rent a storage unit is for convenience and reliable access to their belongings when they need them. Unfortunately, there have been multiple occasions where I planned my limited free time around moving items in or out of my unit, only to arrive and find that a broken gate, door, or elevator made it extremely difficult or impossible. What makes this even more frustrating is that while basic facility functions remain broken for extended periods, rent increases seem to happen regularly. It’s hard to justify paying more and more for a service that becomes less reliable over time. To make matters worse, I’ve tried calling for assistance and have had a very difficult time reaching anyone who can actually help or provide updates. This facility has potential, but management needs to prioritize maintenance, communication, and customer service. Customers deserve consistent access to the units they’re paying for.
